intependent clauses

I face problems with proper use of independent clauses. The actual rule to join two independent clauses, use a comma followed by a conjunction, a semicolon alone, or a semicolon followed by a sentence modifier.

  1. I sometimes get independent clauses confused too. My big problem was how to connect two independent clauses once I had them. Way to go on explaining this though. Makes sense.
